Has anybody successfully created a multi layer map using mapsforge layers?

If you have a working xml, could you post it for reference?

Thanks.

Love this software!

Re: MOBAC 2.0 alpha 3 available

Postby r_x » 16 Apr 2015, 09:51

MOBAC 2.0 alpha 3 with updated mapsforge vector maps renderer (0.5.1) has been uploaded (link see first post).

It is recommended not to generate multiple atlases using the same mapsfourge based map sources at the same time. Also the GUI should not be used extensively while creating an mapsforge atlas.

Hi,

I have the same problem. I am run the app on Max OS X by jar file and the left panel is too short. I can't load saved profile because it's hidden under map and It's not able to resize the panel.

Here is screenshot of my view:

Unfortunately Java has some limitations when it comes to dynamically sizeable panels, therefore the size is fixed, but changeable.

You can increase or decrease the size of the left panel by selecting the menu Tools -> Left panel -> Expand

Edit: The code for resizing the left panel wasn't written by me. resizing it via menu is very non-intuitive. I played a bit around and found a way to allow to resize the panel using the mouse. This seems to be the better solution...

First I apologize for being a completely green to this.

I am an amateur radio operator and also an off-road enthusiast but not a programmer. I use a program for tracking vehicles called Aprsdroid. This app uses mapsforge *.map files. I would like to convert other tacks to that format. Do you know if that is possible? if so how?
