maxZoom = 18;
tileUpdate = TileUpdate.IfModifiedSince;
backgroundColor = "#ffffff";
ignoreError = "True";

String Key;
String Referer;
String UserAgent;
String Service;
String Version;
String Request;
String layer;
String style;
String Format;

Key = "an7nvfzojv5wa96dsga5nk8w";

layer = "GEOGRAPHICALGRIDSYSTEMS.MAPS.SCAN25TOUR";

Referer = "https://www.geoportail.gouv.fr/carte/";

UserAgent = "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0";

Service = "WMTS";
Version = "1.0.0";
Request = "GetTile";
style = "normal";
Format = "image%2Fjpeg";

String getTileUrl( int zoom, int x, int y ) {
return "http://wxs.ign.fr/"+ Key +"/geoportail/wmts?SERVICE="+ Service +"&VERSION="+ Version +"&REQUEST="+ Request +"&LAYER="+ Layer +"&STYLE="+ style +"&FORMAT="+ Format +"&tilematrixset=PM&TILEMATRIX=" + zoom + "&TILEROW=" + y + "&TILECOL=" + x + ".jpg";
}

void addHeaders( java.net.HttpURLConnection conn) {
conn.addRequestProperty("Referer",Referer);
conn.addRequestProperty("User-Agent",UserAgent);

I assume that your problem is that the upper left corner is not the usual point (where the date-border crosses the north pole) and therefore everything is shifted. Hence you have to add/substract some offsets to your map.

At the moment to see your map you may have to move the visible area to a point north of Alaska (east of the date-border, south of the north pole).
There your map may be visible.

Try this (tested working):

Code: Select all

name = "Géoportail Carte";

tileType = "jpg";

String layer;
String format;
String key;

layer = "GEOGRAPHICALGRIDSYSTEMS.MAPS.SCAN25TOUR";
format = "image/jpeg";

minZoom = 6;
maxZoom = 16;

key = "an7nvfzojv5wa96dsga5nk8w";

String getTileUrl( int zoom, int x, int y ) {
return "http://wxs.ign.fr/" + key + "/geoportail/wmts?SERVICE=WMTS&VERSION=1.0.0&REQUEST=GetTile&LAYER=" + layer + "&STYLE=normal&FORMAT=" + format + "&TILEMATRIXSET=PM&TILEMATRIX=" + zoom + "&TILEROW=" + y + "&TILECOL=" + x;
}

How did you get url?
For me SmartSnif no more return readable information.
